With Uber Eats an undelivered order is the customer's problem.

I just want to warn other users of Uber Eats that in the case that the delivery guy gets lost, he is permitted to drop your order at any address he fancy, he just needs to provide a photo of the paving that he left it on, and you still need to pay for the order. It also does not help to complain, it is all your fault although you stood in front of the provided delivery address.
