WISH I COULD RATE ZERO STARS!!! 2 HOUR DELAY ON MY FOOD THAT I MUST STILL PAY FOR!!!

Do not make use of this restaurant through UBER EATS service, delay on I dont know which end, cannot cancel my order because neither UBER or Mcdonalds answer a phone/chat request to resolve this issue, instead I must pay for freezing cold food. I'm so disappointed in the lack of assistance and "service" today!!!
