Wimpy Nina Park Pretoria and Uber Eats Drivers are ****MERS!!!

I placed an order at Wimpy Nina Park, Pretoria North using Uber Eats today this morning and I was charged R167.15 , however, I never received my order. I received one call from this number *** and when I answered, there was silence from the person who called for about a minute and they hung up the phone. The next I know, the Uber Eats app tells me that my order was delivered even though I never received it.

When I try to contact the driver NANGA CARLAS who picked up the order, the Uber Eats app tells me that it cannot connect me because I am using a different number even though I am using the correct number and now it just goes to voicemail. I sent a message using the help option on Uber Eats and I have not received any communication from them yet. I WANT MY REFUND!
