Why shouldn't I pay double for an order

I ordered from kfc Brixton for 2 item, and i paid for it cash yet your ****en driver never ended the trip and it ended up being canceled and i have to ****en pay double for some i paid for, and yall don't have the ***** to respond to your customer complaints 😡😡😡
