Why go out when you could be disappointed on your couch.

Stood for 15 min outside in the rain because the app constantly told me the ETA is 2-4min without any information regarding the status of the food or any message from te driver.

Then I recieved a call from uber services which told me that you are sorry for my inconvience and that I can just order again only understanding after I asked the guy to please repeat what he said because it was inaudible.

I wanted to re-order but then all of the restaurants are no longer availble to order from on the app because it was after 10pm.

I was still hungry so I drove to McDonalds to order using the drive thru. Not only was the lady at the drive thru very ******** regarding me who had to pay and the order which she didn't want to repeat she failed to put garlic mayo sauce on my Grand chicken burger which I asked for repeatedly. Even after repeating the order to her seeing that she didn't want to repeat the order.

Now I ate a Grand chicken burger an hour after I ordered it on Ubereats after a whole lot of extra effort only to find that the burger has spicy sauce on and my mouth is on fire.

Unacceptable.
