Why does my card keep getting declined?

Why does my card keep getting declined on the app? There is more than enough money on it, the R10 test fee went through, and I've used the card before.

The help section is absolutely useless, as there is no way to get in touch with an actual human being.

And what's with the new scanning card thing? That doesn't seem to work either. Nothing happens. It's ridiculous.
