Who's eating and who's watching

Hi. I ordered 3 "buy one get one free" meals from Uber eats and burger king restaurant for myself and my family. What I received was only 3 normal meals, which is not what I ordered. I called Uber eats inside burger king store and the customer service agent from Uber eats told me - she will get back to me after she reviews it and see how important my log is - which is completely unacceptable! This service and treatment is absolutely disgusting!
