Who ate my dinner

I ordered used Uber Eats to order from KFC Rooihuiskraal. I couldn't get hold of the driver who was at the gate and the app went blank and I couldn't make any notes. I paid for food that was never delivered. I am still waiting for my food that I paid for. I just saw now that they don't do refunds but I want my food. What happened to my food? the driver didn't even try to call me. I tried calling and could not get through to him and when I tried chatting with him the app just went blank. I've never had issues with uber eats but this is dodge really. Buying food that never gets delivered. We ended up having cereal that night for dinner. Absolutely shocking.
