Where's my refund

I placed an order on Friday 16/07/2021. The guy could not find the place, which I indicated . All other people could deliver successfully before. Anyway, I then got a response from uber and said I would get a refund. My money is still not in my account! I won't be user uber eats again soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
