Where is uber eats customer care?????????

Ordered Mac Donalds breakfast meal through uber eats driver came my food and bag was full of coffee my coffee cups were half way. My breakfast fell out of the bag because it was soaked with coffee and is now full of sand. Tried contacting the Mac Donalds where I order from but got shouted at that it is not there problem tried complaining through uber eats struggling to upload the photos so i can't submit the complaint tried calling ubereats customer care for the past hour and it keeps saying they unavailable. Laid a complaint on ubereats through facebook messenger still no answer. Now i sit with food that cannot be eatenand still hungry 2 hours later and no one to contact or can assist. Terrible service.
