WHERE IS THE CONVENIENCE?

Ordered KFC today and my request on the app clearly states that food uber dropped at my door not for me to walk out the office to get the food from the driver.

I communicated with the driver that I can't come out as I'm in a meeting can the food be dropped where I asked, this was ignored, and she completed the order as delivered -took a picture with my parcel on her Dashboard not even with the securities downstairs. Sent my query to ubereat support and didn't get any positive feedback
