When something goes wrong, you can not speak to UBEREats!

I ordered son Sunday. After a long wait, the app tells me the order was delivered. Nobody came by to do the delivery at the house. I sit 6m from the street and always hear when somebody is at the gate. My conclusion is that the food was ******.

I phoned Ubereats to complain, but get told that my number is not recognized, and that I should use my ordering number- It is my number I always use! I phoned Uber, and after many menu options, they said "Sorry, we can not transfer you to Uber eats, sorry!" Later I was able to lodge a complain from the APP. I have a pdf stating that I am being refunded- but seems, not for the 10% tip!

It is impossible to speak to anybody, and as writing I have NOT been refunded any money.
