WHAT AN UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

I wish ratings had a zero star in this case. Got a R400 Uber Eats Gift Card and downloaded Uber Eats SOLELEY for the purpose of using it. Made an account and loaded the gift card amount and done. Selected and order and clicked continue to select payment method and typed in the card's code. Then it kicked me out to a different page in the app where I had to load my address and whether I would meet then at the gate or not, had to AGAIN select payment method and reenter code. Then it said "card already redeemed". Deleted app and tried again, but same s**t. Now R400 just sits there hanging in the air. No customer support just a bot that keeps saying it "can't understand what I am trying to convey" when I used the help section. I feel ****med.
