What a ****. Expect me to pay for their mistakes and items never received.

Long story short their app was buggy and there was an issue with my order. I tried multiple times to report it and get help. They kept telling me to report it on the specific order which I explained repeatedly that I was unable to do because the app was bugging on that order. I couldn't even get info about the order number. They declined to help me further. It eventually did work but now they say they can't help because it's been more than 48hrs. What a ****.
