Water instead of colddrink

I'm so disappointed in Uber Eats.

Three wee ago I odered McDonald Big Mac with a Stony colddrink.. To my surprise when I had a sip of the drink it was water.. Not flat colddrink but pure water.. I send so many compliments on the app immediately when it happened, no response. I send an email the same day still no response.. Today on Facebook they told me I will not receive a refund as it's not within 24 hours..

I really don't care about that 24hours rule I paid for that colddrink in full not for tap water.. I want my refund!!
