Wasting money for nothing

In April I ordered lunch from work unaware that I had not changed the location from my home address. I tried to rectify the error as soon as I noticed that but it proved to be an impossible mission. Today, on my way from work I ordered groceries in order to be able to cook supper. I waited for more than an hour for the delivery. Upon tracking the driver he appeared to be 3/4 mins away for over 30 mins, on top of the 60+ mins I had already waited. I tried to call the driver, his phone wasn't going through so I opted for the in app message. He told me he was by my gate. I walked to the gate, withing an arms reach, the driver drove away in spite of me shouting for his attention. In despair, I ordered supper from a restaurant. The same thing happened, the driver never arrived or rather notify me of his arrival at my gate. But funny enough the order got marked 'delivered' on the app. On arrival at the gate there was no one . With Uber, it's very easy to make an order and pay for it but frustratingly enough, it's a mission impossible to get a refund, or simply there's no platform for complaints or enquiry. Im about to go to bed on an empty stomach and an empty wallet because of Ubers useless App. Im gonna unsubscribe from their stupid UberOne stupid feature and imma uninstall the stupid app
