Waste of time

Truly disappointed after placing 2 orders on the app and both being canceled after more than 20 minutes but only getting a notification after an hour. That it truly upsetting and ridiculous. I can not believe how pathetic this app is. I will no longer use the app after waiting more than 3 hours and still no food.
