Waste of time and money

After waiting for an hour for my delivery, status said "delivery completed" on the app, yet I had'nt received any food. I ended up going to KFC only to find that the order never even left the store. KFC could not explain how this happened. Total ripoff and a waste of my time. I ended to the store even though I paid R20 more for UberEats.
