Wasswa, thieving driver from Uber

I ordered Mochachos on 17 November 2020 and paid in cash in full and gave the driver an extra R30.He then reported that I did not pay in full.I am Furious as my account is in a minus,I want this rectified immediately,he wasn't even wearing a mask and did not deliver my full meal which I only saw after he left.He is a ***** and I want this fixed immediately!!!!!!
