Warning about UberEats: Credit Card ***** Experience

I’ve had a very negative experience with UberEats and feel compelled to warn others. Despite never using UberEats to order food, my credit card has been compromised twice this year, with *****ulent charges exceeding R1000 each time. Both transactions were linked to food deliveries placed under the name "Johan" — someone who clearly used my credit card details ********ly.

I do not order food online, so these incidents are both frustrating and alarming. Each time, I've had to cancel my card and wait for a replacement, which has caused significant inconvenience. Although I previously used Uber for rides, I will be discontinuing all use of Uber services going forward due to these security concerns.

To date, I'm out over R2000 — for purchases I never made.
