Waiting on my own money.

I ordered on UberEATS two orders on the same day of R590 and R1000. The orders never arrived but I was still charge for the orders.The same day I reported that I didn't received non of the orders,first nobody reply of me sending about ten message via the app. Then after three days I got a reply that they going to refund me R580.30. Now they have a problem refunding the R1000 because I reported the issues to late. I'll never buy on UberEATS again and I'm cancelling my subscription today.
