Waiting for Uber to take ownership. Lets make it legal.

In Uber's wisdom they left a delivery at my gate and considered the order completed.

We didn't receive the food ordered (5 meals) and nobody -from Uber can be contacted to resolve the matter. Resturant says it is out their hands. shocking to say the least.

What is Uber going to do about it?
