Waiting for hours for my food... Very unprofessional service

I have been waiting for more than 2hrs 30mins for my food to be delivered. It is the first time I am using Uber eats, it was recommended and now after waiting this long for my food I am regretting using it. For the past 2hrs the delivery time keeps changing and the driver is still far away from my place. I have sent a message to the driver but have not received any feedback.

By the the food gets here it will be freezing cold. I mean how long must people wait for their food they ordered before 18h00 and now it's 20h21? Are we expected to go to sleep hungry after paying for our food?

This is so unprofessional and very dissapointing. What kind of service is this? And what kind of driver does not communicate when a message has been sent asking what is taking so long with the order?
