Voucher disappeared

I ordered food on Uber east and I loaded 2 vouchers only one voucher was app****. I sent an enquiry and they advised that my voucher will be provided in 5 days ... Nothing in my account , I've been sending emails with no response I even advised that I will escalate it . No one is getting back to me and I want to use my voucher today of 100 ... I don't know if they think I'm crazy or what . Please assist with my voucher being credited. You can call me on my number . My name is Teano Msibi . I will even send emails as proof .
