Violent and ***ist Delivery Guy.

I ordered food from KFc via UberEats, the driver arrived at gate 1 instead of gate2, i texted him multiple times to please come at gate 2 as my address is for gate 2, he constantly asked me if I am at the agte while he was not, when i text im on chat, he views message and does not respond. I tried calling him and he only picked up once and was very rude, insulting and ***ist towards me, and said he delivered my food while he did not. I simply do not appreciate this behaviour from someone who work in the service Industry, and as a citizen who is well aware of the law, i intend on taking legal action against this individual for the ***ist insults he made towards me, His name is Thembinkosi. if UberEats does not tend to this situation because it is not being tended to as we speak because "he waited 8 minutes" without considering that he waited at the wrong gate, and took a picture of the food, drove past gate 2 without stopping, and probably ate the food as well. As someone who constantly struggles with low sugar levels, this lack of professionalism is a hazard for me (as I did not get my food at the time that I am supposed to) and as an Uber One member, i am deeply disappointed and will be cancelling my membership, and I WILL be taking this further, legally, anyone who lives in South Africa must adhere to the constitutional standards of our country, my right to section 9 of the constituion was violated.
