Very very very bad service

I ordered 3different orders in 2hours and none of them were delivered but it showed delivered on the app they don't have any contact number &they don't respond to queries I lost R660 on them not knowing whether they'll refund me or not because no one is answering,thier service is very poor I just need money back so I can delete this useless app
