very very poor of uber eats

i ordered food on my uber eats app on friday nite for my sister we stay in goodwood and i ordered from burger king which i would get burger king in goodwood but friday it was only showing me burger king canal walk all good and well said the order would be by me by 20:05 then i started seen everytime a new driver and then they would cancel and then another driver that happen for 3 drivers then i got a message saying something went wrong and they cancelled my order which the money came off my account plus the tip that i have set for the the driver and no money or anything has been put into my account and i use uber eats alot in the week and then this happens and like i said not a call not a message noting i have try to call adn with no luck and i have been reading some people saying it will takeup to 5 working days but you got your money there and then you didnt have to wait 5 working days to get your money very very poor of uber etas that they cant contact you to say this is what is going to happen now and they say customer service is 24/7 but i could not get hope of them well done uber eats wont be using you again il go in to restaurant and order and collect my food from now on
