Very very bad *****ulent delivery guys and Un helpful customer service

Uber eats very unprofessional delivery guys they don't pitch up with your food but you don't get reimbursed with your money... I stood 3hrs outside in the cold waiting for my food.. Delivery guy never phoned.. I phone thrice but delivery guy never picked up... Afterward I spoke to the customer service sashra 14 she said my is canceled and my will not be reimbursed
