Very upset with your app/service

Hi... I must say i am very upset with your service / app in that apparently i need to pay R631 that i don't know for what. My employer allocated two vouchers for me for great customer service and i am unable to access them because of the above mentioned position amount. One of the vouchers expires on 20th of Jan.

To make matters worse we can't even call you and talk to someone.
