Very unprofessional

I had the worst experience with UberEats! I waited more than an hour after the expected time given. I had a lot to do and were held back by waiting. After several messages to the driver he only responded when being back at the shop where I ordered from. He drove past my street many times and claimed that he “could not find my house” even when clearly shown on the map? I am very disappointed and will never make use of their horrible service again!
