Very unhappy

I am very unhappy with this app as last week Friday I ordered some kfc and the when the driver hot there they don't have what I ordered but it was available on the app. So I paid for it with a card and then they cancelled my order. But I never received my money back. This is really upsetting and disgusting. I am very disappointed.
