Very rude driver and poor customer support

Ordered food at KFC Mamelodi square and didn't receive my food and when I call rider his busy telling me that navigator directs him to another street not mine and I should complain to Uber because his not gonna come to where I'm directing him and I reached Uber customer support I spoke to musman83 (Uber agent)who was very rude even ended the chat before we finish
