Very Poor Service - No Honesty and Transparency !

This morning I placed an order on the app. The payment was also made online and the transaction was successful. An hour later I was then alarmed that my order had not arrived. I then decided to call the restaurant where the order was to be picked up by Uber-eats to confirm if they had received an order from @Uber Eat. To my surprise, no order was received by the restaurant nor was there anything reflecting on their side. The channels of reporting such complaints are also not helpful via Uber-Eats- you just don't get through. To top it all up - all their customer service numbers don't work. The least they could do is to refund my money if the service won't be rendered. REFUND !!!!
