Very poor service from Uber eats

I placed a order for delivery at 18h35, it is now 20h33 and I have still not received order, driver says his gps isn’t working, I want to knw who is going to reimburse my money, for the cold pasta and pizza, not to mention the Pizza crust will prob me soggy by now, I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody
