Very poor service and disappointing..

I bought food via Uber eats that never arrived today and no one called now apparently this will not refund me. The order was late initially and all of a sudden he called me … I work at a mall in one of the stores how did he not find me , I’m very disappointed as I have order before and with the same restaurant.
