Very poor customer support and service delivery

Very very poor service delivery. Therefore they constantly have promotions on Uber One to keep the business afloat. Often the wrong items are delivered or food arrives in a bad condition and despite logging a call and providing pictures no refund is offered. 45th Woolworths Foodstop advertised bananas and cheese scones on promotion however at checkout the normal prices were charged, not the promotional ones. When I went back to look, only the original prices were on, not the promotional prices. This is a ****. Very disappointing because this service could be very valuable if done with the customer satisfaction at the heart of it. Just a warning to people out there to try and avoid using them if possible (Durban)
