Very frustrating experience, I was at check out and it directed me to logging into my facebook account, i tried to log in several times and it gave me an error

Very frustrating experience, I was at check out and it directed me to logging into my facebook account, i tried to log in several times and it gave me an error. I then tried to confirm my details on my bank card with the same result. I eventually cancelled my order out of pure frustration! I can't purchase using my debit card either, it does not want to load card info. Very annoying honestly!! Not user friendly at all!
