very dissapointed

ok so my husband placed an order with uber eats at 9:50 last night on his app on his cell phone it all went through with no hazzels that even took the money off his account which we though our food was on its way an hour and a half later we got confirmation that kfc was closed and our food would be not be delivered my husband spoke to the driver and he managed to cancel the order and we got our money back but that is not the point how come did the order go through and it didnt say off line so we knew that our food was not coming we waited until after 11 to find out i had to make food for us too eat.
