Very disappointed, unhappy customer!

I'm very disappointed at the service received from UberEats. We placed an order and everything went well until... we receive a message to say our food has been delivered, but in fact, no food in hand and payment gladly taken. We tried logging a query on the app but its been 2 or so hours and still no response. We tried the online support which was also not helpful at all, we were told to log a call on the app support. What sort of "support" is that??!! Needless to say, no results there either! This was supposed to be a "birthday" lunch for two of my friends and this happens, how embarrassing! I haven't previously ordered from Uber Eats because of this exact concern and it appears my concerns were valid. Appalling service! Not a very happy customer...
