Very Disappointed-Order not delivered and no refund

I placed an order yesterday, and the driver never arrived. I tried calling him several times, but he did not answer his phone. This is unacceptable service. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should not have to chase after drivers or wait for refunds when no service was provided.

I expect my refund to be processed immediately, and I hope the company improves its service going forward.
