Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I order a meal on Uber eats in Capetown. The driver went to the wrong hotel. I then called him to to enquire about my delivery. He then marked my order as delivered. I tried over 20 times to contact him and he refused to answer. Now Uber says I'm not eligible to receive a refund because he tried contacting me. Which is not correct. I had the app opened
