Very disappointed and disgusted

I ordered food and never received my food or my money back. The driver phoned me to tell me that macdonalds is closed. I then asked him what about my money. Then I went on to the app and canceled my order, got a sms to say they goin to refund me but still haven't received anything. He tells me that I must phone in. I then tryed to phone the number on the internet but I couldn't get threw. I then tryed to phone the next day and stil no answer. I then went to macdonalds to ask what is happening and they told me the driver was later and they couldn't make the food. It is now a week later and still haven't received any money back.
