Very bad service from Uber eats

I bought a KFC order worth R350.00 via the uber eats app and the order was confirmed and paid for however my order was never delivered but the driver confirmed my order as delivered and when i tried to calling the driver to find out where my order is, the driver's phone was off. I also tried to log a complaint on the app however i just got an automated mail back to tell me that there is nothing they can do, i also called their call centre to log another complaint but the call center agent told me that she will escalete my complaint, till date it has been two weeks now and no one has contacted me to handle my complaint.
