VERY BAD SERVICE FOR A RESPECTABLE COMPANY WHICH IS NO LONGER RESPECTABLE FROM ME

I paid for food that was delivered to me cold and very quick. it was a cash on delivery. now when I check on my app it says the driver said I didn't pay so I owe that amount. how did I get my food if I didn't pay? I'm sitting here asking myself how many people is this happening to? so wont even notice its happening. So for the past few days I couldn't order and I will never use my credit or debit card because it shows that money will be deducted without ant investigation. After the order why wasn't I called to asked why I didn't pay? When I sent them a mail they responded by saying they will clear the account as a favor and it shouldn't happen again, I don't need the favor as I've paid for the food.
