VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

I am highly disappointed and ****en irritated, I am a law abiding citizen and I hate dishonesty.I had a bad experience today when I paid cash and amount of R155.00 only where I was supposed to pay R153.70. I received an email later on in the day that the driver who goes by the name of Loukman who took the money and gave me my food, said I did not pay in full. Can this **** be resolved ASAP!! I always take screen shots of any sort delivery just incase there is a problem such as this dishonest driver. I have a screenshot of the driver I am unable to acctavh it as soon as I can I will upload it.
