Very bad service

I ordered Rose Pasion Fruit yesterday, which totalled to R95,27, but my order was somehow swaped, don't know how and why to a Schweppes ****** Ale that cost way less than the amount i payed, i have been trying to get hold of the customer service from last night to get my money back, but nobody bothers to get back to me, i want my money and they can go collect their ****** Ale from my house.
