very bad service and taking money for goods not delivered to the clients.

i am really disappointed with uber eats south africa around pretoria silverton. today my wife wanted to suprise me with lunch by ordering me food on uber eats. the driver did not even wait for ten minutes and i work in a complex.I was not aware that they dont enter the complex accroding to the driver .So i did not received my order or my food and he confirmed that i took the food when we contact uber eats via an app they told my wife that they wont refund the money. if this is the kind of business they are running sorry i won't suppor this eguys ever again really disappointed.how should io know that the was as time limit and he did even bother to live the food at the gate reception.
