Very bad service

Yesterday I bought food on @uber eats around 20:00 my estimated delivery time was 20:47 the delivery guy sent me a text advising that his out side I went out to collect my order when I got there the was no one outside I sent him a text asking where he is as I was outside waiting for him he then rep**** and said that he does not know the place I tried calling him the phone rang to voicemail finally after 3 attempts of calling he answered and said I don’t know the place I then told him where I am he hanged up I waited outside the street till 22:30 he then completed my order I logged a complaint on the @Uber_Support on the App however I didn’t get any response till now I haven’t had any feedback from them not even a refund of my Oder on top of that they had deducted my money from my account before I placed the initial order.
