Very bad customer service from Uber eats

Very bad customer service from Uber eats. I provided the incorrect delivery address which I take full responsibility. However Uber delivery has no call centre and the only way to contact them is through the app which is a robot respodi to you. When I enquired where the food is because I was prepared to go drive there to pick it up the robot replies by saying I was not illegible for a refund as all protocols were followed by the driver. I don't want a refund I need to know where the food was delivered. When I called Mochachos Rock Cottage they advised me when that happens in most cases the driver eats the food. The phone number provided for the driver goes straight to Voice mail. I don't trust using this service any longer and it makes me think twice using Uber delivery as well because If your package doesn't arrive there's no way of contacting these people.
