Very angry customer!!!!

So i ordered through uber eats yesterday the 17th of April 2025 and first of all they delivered some items incorrectly snd secondly charged me for the items out of stock and that i never received. When i tried over numerous messages on the app and via email to try sort out the matter and get my money back they owe me, i just keep getting the messages thar they dont understand and i must provide more details, of which i have a number of times too and still nothing. They basically have ****** my money as nothing is getting done about the matter or my money returned. Disgusting seriously!!!🤬
